Bryan Flowers and his wife now have a clear-cut case against Adam for defamation for making these two disgusting videos.  Adam will not be getting anything back due to his behaviour and the attacks on the business he invested in. Legally, he is not entitled to get paid any more money from a business he is attacking and destroying.   Adam Howell will go to a Thai jail for 2 years for his actions. However, Andrew Drummond will get away with being part of the extortion attempt. (We have screenshots to prove this is Adam's channel, so it's a clear-cut case and Adam Howell is facing jail late 2025) Hence why he is trying to get Bryan arrested and take down all the bars. Luckily for Adam, Andrew Drummond isn't a real journalist; he just wants to sting Bryan and doesn't need facts. Andrew Drummond has posted at least 6 articles attacking Bryan Flowers and NWG but claims to be a journalist. Sydney Herald was sued 20,000 AUD because Andrew Drummond sent them an article without any evidence, so most of the newspapers will not work with him.

Adam Howell hasn’t paid his landlord rent for years because he won't work, Adams rent is 60,000 a month because he likes to live beyond his means, (which is why hes attacking NWG) but after not paying it for 3-4 years, he owes many millions, and his naive landlord spoke to a retired ex-chief of Pattaya police who now lives in Rayong, and appealed to his greed and offered him a large percent to extort Bryan Flowers, Adam made a statement to police to say that Bryan Flowers cheated him and has to give him 54m baht (that's what the BTC is worth at the time of the claim, (but was worth 13m back then) which was immediately sold into Thai baht as a favour for him) back plus around 15m more for money he says he is owed because NWG never paid him when bars reopened. (They had to renovate and get many staff back)  He made false criminal charges against Bryan Flowers to try and scare him, but there was no evidence to support that he had been deceived or cheated.   This was an attempt to put Bryan in jail and get him to pay.  Bryan provided proof that he had previously offered Adam Howell money to pay him out, and also said NWG was going to pay him and every other investor once all the bars were open. No criminal charges were made against Bryan Flowers by the police. Adam continues to lie to his landlord to promise him that big money is coming, that's why his landlord has let him stay for years without paying rent.

All other investors were patient, and NWG reminded Adam that no one asked him for any rent, key money or costs during COVID-19, when the bars were shut down 3 times and for an extended period, which caused significant financial issues.  NWG survived by doing live streaming and kept the business safe while others closed or sold. Adam Howell never helped his team, never offered to help; he only put pressure on his partners throughout COVID by demanding money.

The ex-chief of police tried phoning some people close to Bryan, offering them a percentage of 54m to backstab Bryan, which they immediately showed the police and sent to lawyers. They have recorded voice notes as evidence.  The police in charge of the attempted criminal case against Bryan were disgusted with this behaviour, and everyone laughed about the 54m + 15m baht demands from Adam. Bryan Flowers is a family man living in Pattaya 18 years with a Thai wife, two children and multiple businesses. He has never cheated anyone or had any police charges against him. He has a very good reputation for honesty and trust, even if he gets jealous of having too many bars and businesses.

Adam Howell made it clear many times he would try and get all the bars operated by NWG closed by exposing them for trafficking, but he had zero evidence of anything because people aren’t trafficked in open-air beer bars,  but Adam Howell as a part owner of NWG it's a bit of a silly and desperate move to shoot himself in the foot, but his threats are empty, and he's only found Andrew Drummond who will believe his lies. Adam has been attacking Bryan online for at least a year now, commenting under his children's photos on Bryan's wife's page, asking when mummy is going back to jail for human trafficking. Adam also attacked the CEO of one of the companies Bryan invested in.

Adam Howell threatened Bryan with Andrew Drummond, saying he would get Andrew to attack him online (he did this in front of police officers in Soi 9 police station) if Bryan didn't pay 54m + 15m money, and he clearly paid Andrew Drummond to write lies and a one-sided attack article. (linked below)

First of all, the human trafficking case Andrew Drummond is talking about is a case that started around 2 years ago, where no girl was found in the raid, and the police shouldn't have gone through with it,  in court the police admitted they never had gone into went Flirt bar or investigated the bar before or verify any of the evidence they were presented by The Exodus Road, and they believed The Exodus Road charity, (Killer and drug dealer Edwin Desamour, fly to Pattaya on behalf of The Exodus Road)  Edwin paid the cashier 100,000 baht to bring in an underage girl with borrowed ID a few times (6 months before the raid), a 16-year-old tall girl that has worked in many bars before flirt with someone else's ID, and the underage girl said in court the police forced her to say she was trafficked, even though her boyfriend dropped her off daily and she worked in several gogos after the case. There was zero trafficking and abduction at Flirt bar.  Everyone knows how Pattaya works, girls get salaries and are free to leave. The case is ongoing, and Interpol is attending the court because they are aware that this charity called The Exodus Road has set up many bar owners, and another Thai lady is facing jail time right now because of this charity.

Andrew Drummond makes out Bryan Flowers and Night Wish Group make money by trafficking underage ladies or pimping ladies out. Everyone who visits Thailand knows that bar owners make money from selling drinks or barfines. The girls get a salary, and they are free to leave. The barfine does not include any activities the girls do outside of the bars, and the girls keep all the money themselves. This is a totally normal business model where everyone wins, no one is forced to do anything, and Andrew Drummond preys on gullible people who haven't visited Thailand to back him. Andrew Drummond hates all guys living in Pattaya, but he's happy to back up a Pattaya alcoholic who has a history of threats and making problems.

• Andrew Drummond said that Bryan Flowers' security beat some people up on Soi 6. This has been proven many times that it wasn't his security, wasn't his bar, and everyone in Pattaya knows this.

Andrew claims to know when the trial is ending, but it's fallen apart many times during the witness stage and has been delayed. There is no chance of losing this case because it was set up by a charity, and the police made all the witnesses sign false statements, which all the witnesses pointed out in court. No one knows how long it will take, but every judge has been angry that they are wasting time, and the prosecutor was angry with the police for not knowing anything. All the lawyers watching the case expect it to be thrown out after all the witnesses have finished talking.

Andrew said Bryan made money from bar crawls (but he calls them sex tours of course). Bryan never charged for any of his bar crawls, and it was mostly walking street, not soi 6

NWG do not have managers or advertise for them, like Andrew says, they always advertise for them on their Facebook page (meaning now).  (They did many years ago)

Bryan Flowers does not frequently make presentations to local police or city officials. In total, Bryan delivered around 2 flowers to promote the news on New Year's. More lies from Andrew Drummond.

Neither Bryan nor Adam Judd from The Pattaya News was contacted by Andrew Drummond for comment on anything. (In Andrews's article, he said they both refused to comment on allegations)

Andrew Drummond says that Adam Howell has nothing to do with NWG or the nightlife business,  so why is Adam Howell asking for 54m + 15m from Bryan Flowers? This is proof that Andrew Drummond has done zero research or is knowingly lying, as Adam Howell was well known on Soi 6 for being one of the owners, until he was banned from taking girls for sex after getting violent on a few occasions. Update: Andrew has made an edit admitting that Adam was an owner, he's defending the people he despises the most (bar owners) and hes called all people in Pattaya scumbags, but suddenly an alcoholic loner trouble maker who has no friends and family is suddenly the righteous one over Bryan Flowers who has built up a solid honest reputation over 18 years, like him or not, people respect him and hes proven to be 100% honest with all of his business dealings and partners.

Recent claims on Andrew Drummond's Articles.

- Andrew Drummond claims that Grant Cronin was Bryan's business advisor. Bryan employed Grant to work on pattayaunplugged.com. Grant got a salary but needed to borrow money constantly. he caused problems in many venues/meetings, ran off from a 200k hospital bill, and Bryan found out he was on a 5 or 6-year overstay. Grant worked for Adam full time and at a local restaurant part time. Grant sold Bryan's motorbike that he lent him, also he trashed a house Bryan let him stay in for free for 3 years, he agreed to refurb the place instead of paying rent, (he didn't do anything) Bryan also lent him 200,000, which hasn't been paid to this day, (he also owes another guy around 200,000 baht which he never paid back) also Bryan let him stay at his guest house for 6 months when he had an accident and couldn't walk. Grant had no friends and family due to his behaviour, and he decided to turn on Bryan with Adam to demand money from him, or they would go after him online. (hence why there are many articles appearing on Andrew Drummond's site) There are 10+ people in Pattaya who know Grant had no money and was helping Bryan for a salary for at least 6 months. He worked for Adam mostly, but they both fell out often. Adam hated ladyboys with a passion, and Grant only slept with ladyboy freelancers, which was a sticking point for them both. Adam said he couldn't trust a man who likes ladyboys. Bryan helped both Adam and Grant way above and beyond, but by the time he saw the way they treated other people, it was too late. Grant kept trying to push Bryan for financial details of NWG and kept warning Bryan that Adam will come after him soon, if we didn't pay him during covid. Andrew Drummond will be attacked by Adam later once Andrew Drummond has no choice but to go back on his words.

Death of FuFu

Adam Howell claims that his dog died because Bryan Flowers never sent him any money to get the dog fixed, but on his housekeepers Facebook, she mentioned the dog went to hospital several times and its stomach got bigger and died. (check screenshots)

Adam Howell was a rebill scammer, cheating thousands of people out of money, (the rebill scammed involved people receiving messages that charged them money) not just doing pump-and-dump schemes. He pretends he hates scammers, but he is one himself. Andrew Drummond has no idea who he is dealing with and has been dying to meet someone who will help him attack Bryan Flowers because he hates the success Bryan has made of himself. You can see by Andrew's articles that he is one-sided and biased. Adam threw around his scam money, easy come, easy go.

Nick Dean (soi 7 ) and Chris (soi 6) have been accused of using NWG money to buy their bars. This is one of Adams' false claims to drag Bryan Flowers' friends into the dirt. Both of them emailed Andrew Drummond to ask him to remove the false info. Andrew Drummond replied as usual, saying that there is proof out there somewhere, but hes not sure where, but he can't provide it. Then he spun it as both of them wanting to be distanced from Bryan Flowers.

The screenshots below show how Adam messages people at 4am. Andrew Drummond says this is normal behaviour, but most people don't go on a full attack when they are offered less money than they wanted at a quick exit. Adam also calls Bryans wife a whore, who is a very nice person with kids. This would raise alarm bells to most people, but Andrew ignores all the warning signs and continues to attack Bryan at the expense of his children's inheritance. These screenshots show why Adam isn't getting paid anymore as well as the videos he created bashing the company he invested in, you can see how unhinged he is and threatening. The FBI are not interested in a Canadian vs a UK citizen dispute. He also threatened Bryans friend Chris and Bryans wife.

When you read those messages above, just remember that this is why Adam isn't getting paid and is going to court. He also sent similar messages to Bryan's wife and Bryan's friend Chris. He stopped replying to Bryan's emails and went on a full-scale attack.

- Andrew claims that Bryan's Facebook account was deleted to hide evidence. Bryan's 18-year-old Facebook was banned for some unknown reason from one of the 80+ pages he was the admin of. It doesn't make sense that Bryan would cause himself all that damage on purpose. (lost posts and contacts for all those years) Bryan has nothing bad to hide, yes he owns bars but no one really cares about that. - Andrew claims that Adam met Bryan at an entrepreneur meeting, where he was swindled.

- Andrew keeps mentioning a company called Night Wish Group was dissolved, acting like there was wrongdoings. In total NWG closed 2 companies and 2 remain. None of them were used to allocate ownership, they were for tax and work permits.

- Andrew/Adam are lying that Bryan Flowers got some Thai men to kill him or try to kill him, he used this to gain sympathy, but everyone that knows Bryan knows he is using only the law to fight his battles against Adam, and that killing someone would be the worst idea ever, it is probably one of the most silly stories that they are both spouting, they even claim the Thai guys told them that Bryan sent them? If that was true, Bryan Flowers would have been asked to come in for questioning. Adam made up this story for sympathy. He is a crybully who causes good people issues, then says they are the bad ones. Andrew claims that Bryan sent people to threaten him with taking the article down. Bryan went on fiverr.com and paid two people to serve takedown notices. At no point did he tell the Pakistani people to threaten Andrew or do anything unprofessional. - Adam claims that Bryan has a company called Ethicaltrolling.com and attacks people for money, Bryan has 192 domains and the Ethical trolling was made with/for someone else for a project/fun during covid, including songs/adverts, there has been zero customers and there will be no response from either of the sites, Bryan has a marketing background and has fun testing several things and make things for fun. He doesn't have time to run an ethical trolling business. If he had this service, he would be using it now to counter all the abuse.

- Adam borrowed 700,000 baht from another investor during covid and didn’t pay him anything back, now the guy passed away. And NWG group paid his sister many millions because NWG operators are honest, good people.  Adam promised to pay it back by 2021 and an extra 166000 baht interest, he never paid any of it back, said he would give up 10% of his shares. Adam also approached his visa agent, called Netty, asking her to invest in some get-rich scheme during COVID. - Adam was offered a salary job during COVID to help him, but he didn't want to do it. Instead, he wanted to keep asking for money while he played computer games 12 hours a day, smoking weed and drinking vodka. - Adam beat up the lady living with him, her name is Pooky, she was well known from working on Soi 6. If anyone knows her, they are welcome to ask her. he also beat up some girls from Soi 6 and made some cry. He also tried to get a few girls to smoke meth with him and got violent, he was banned from all the bars he was invested in. He smashed most of his house up and owes a lot of money for rent, thats why hes desperate to extort Bryan, hes told his landlord a pack of lies, but rumour has it they have realised he was lying to them about Bryan and was thrown out and living in Pratumnak now, he has told people he is hiding from hit men. He has serious paranoia issues and creates a storyline that he's a victim, when he's always the aggressor.

- Adam tried to get Bryan Flowers locked up with a false police report saying he was deceived 54m baht, he pretended that he was tricked into investing, he did this to get Bryan Flowers locked up, knowing full well he has children, heart problems and many commitments. Most people would have had a normal conversation and asked for more than 3m baht, but that was his response to NWG offering 3m to get him out of the business when he demanded to be paid back, what sort of person responds with a police report with false allegations, now he has to wait for the court to decide what he gets and that police report demanding 54m, wont look good, then he blames corrupt police because they didn't accept it, despite him promising the ex-chief of police millions to get Bryan arrested. The police man was under pressure to arrest Bryan Flowers from his ex-boss, but there was no evidence to support the claim that Adam was deceived and cheated, also Adam was abusive in the police station, shouting at Bryan and his wife constantly, instead of talking like a normal person, he just insulted them and called Bryan a monster.

Andrew Drummond is reporting all the Soi 6 bars to the police in Bangkok and several agencies. He claims to be a journalist, but he is 100% biased, prints things without evidence, and is trying to cause trouble for bar owners in Soi 6 directly using his contacts—the same contacts he has paid to get a copy of Bryan's passports and court documents. He talks about corruption but uses the system himself.

- When NWG was set up by a charity and the management group had tough times, instead of worrying, he was just concerned if his money would be delayed, because he still had no job and was waiting for NWG to start paying again.

- Adam claims that when he invested, Bryan immediately bought a Mercedes and a new house. (when he knew exactly which bars were brought with the money) The house Bryan took Adam to was rented for 55,000 baht a month (Paradise Villa 1), which he showed Adam what he could get for the same price as his. Also, the Mercedes was on finance, and as of writing this article, there is still over 500,000 baht owed in repayments because he wasn't able to pay much during COVID.

- Adam Howell has no contract with NWG for his investment, yet he was paid throughout him attacking one of the partners for 2 years. And despite no contract, the owners have told 100% truth to the court/lawyers to let them decide if Adam gets paid out. But due to his online attacks which are getting worst monthly (for around a year of attacks) its very unlikely he will get anything.

- Adam and/or Andrew have been using fake accounts on Facebook to say that Bangkok police are searching for Bryan Flowers. Bryan uses his correct address with immigration and is often at home or at Rage MMA resort, he is not hard to find, plus he's had the same phone number for 18 years.

- Andrew Drummond said that it's not extortion when Adam demanded 54 million baht plus 15 million baht, or Adam would attack Bryan online for human trafficking. He said that Adam is just asking for his money back, he invested 13m baht and he got back 6.6m, (until covid hit) The rest is on pause until the defamation case is finished, it is extremely likely Adam will serve 2 years in prison. Adam is continuing his daily attacks, so no settlement will be accepted.

This is how Andrew and Adam try to collect private messages, fake screenshots and anything to destroy Bryan's reputation. The link was removed fast by friends of Bryan.

Andrew Drummond said that Adam is not posting on quora in the 36 accounts because of a pending court case, then one night he wrote his source was Adam, quickly took the article down and blamed take down notices and made massive edits, taking out his mention of Tony from toy box, Nick dean and other people. Since then hes leaking evidence that Adam is sending him evidence which proves its Adam behind it.

Andrew Drummond has a history of posting lies about people. 100% of his information for this hit job article against Bryan Flowers has come from one alcoholic, unemployed Adam Howell, who refuses to get a job and is using Andrew Drummond to extort his ex-partners.   This is, once again, very poor journalism.  Adam hasn’t told him much of the truth,  just a very selective part.  And because Andrew Drummond is such a poor journalist, he didn’t look into anything or verify anything.  (or he was simply offered a per cent from the extortion)

Andrew Drummond fled Thailand 10-15 years ago after facing several charges for breaking the law. He has been living in the UK since then. He was exiled from Thailand because he would face lawsuits if he came back. He also attacked the Thai police and royal family on his blogs. Andrew Drummond posted on of his hateful attacks on Bryan Flowers on the 23rd of May and he deleted it a few hours later, removing the statement that Adam Howell provided all the information to him, which wont help Adams defamation case, he doesn't seem to want to wait for the court to decide if hes going to get any money back either. This is typical of Adam to go on full scale attacks, creating his own issues.

Adam was told countless times that he wasnt getting paid until other owners, he then demanded to be paid out, he was offered 3m due to 30% of the bars not open yet. Thats when he went on the attack before the court case comes saying how much he will get.

The Exodus Road has stopped setting people up, and now the FBI and Interpol are looking into them.  They have put many innocent bar owners in jail.
